BACCALA' DI LAGO

INGREDIENTS:

For 6 people

- 100 gr. of whitefish pulp
- 100 gr. of trout pulp
- 50 gr. of pike pulp
- 100 gr. of perch pulp
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 200 gr. of cream of milk
- 100 gr. of olive oil
- salt and pepper (qs)
- minced parsley (qs)
PREPARATION:

Cook in the cream of milk the pulps of the fishes. Afterward add salt, pepper, parsley and olive oil.

Leave to reduce the mixture of 1/3. Serve with fresh polenta.
